Please change your system settings!

SnoreClock does not have access to the microphone or battery while working in the background.

Please make sure you do not have restricted background access to the microphone or battery for SnoreClock.

  1. Start SnoreClock and go to Settings
  2. Select “Manage app” (third to last entry)
  3. The “Microphone” permission must be granted (Allow when using the app)
  4. Select “App Battery Usage” and activate “Allow background usage”. Under "Allow Background usage" activate “Unrestricted”. The description varies slightly between Android versions and manufacturers!
  5. Disable “Pause app activity when not in use”

Changed settings only take effect on new recordings.

Record new sleep sessions now. If the problem persists, please check again if you have changed all the settings like descibed above.
